Office 2003 SP3 hotfix now available

Open Systems began sending emails on 9/19/2007 concerning TRAVERSE and Office 2003 SP3 compatibility. Microsoft had acknowledged that there are problems with Service Pack 3 (SP3) that affect not only TRAVERSE, but many other MS Access based software applications. 

Microsoft has now made available a hotfix.  Open Systems downloaded and tested this hotfix which is now available for download from the following Microsoft link:

The file name to download is office2003-kb945674-glb.exe. To install the hotfix please follow the directions on the Microsoft website.

Note: Access Runtime users only. If using the runtime version of Access when installing the hotfix you will receive a message that you must install the service pack.  Please ignore this message when installing the hotfix, (as long as the service packs have been installed).
