TRAVERSE and Office 2003 SP3 compatibility

Open Systems, Inc has reported a compatibility issue between TRAVERSE and the most recent service pack release (SP3) for Microsoft 2003. This issue may or may not affect your installation but I did want to make you aware of this situation. Please DO NOT update any workstation that requires access to Traverse and is using Office 2003 with the Office update SP3. 

Note: If you are using TRAVERSE on a workstation, installing this update will render the TRAVERSE software inoperable.

We strongly recommend that you do NOT install this service pack at this time. It is important that your Windows update is NOT set to automatically download AND install. If your Windows update is set to automatically download and install you will not be able to stop the Office 2003 SP3 from installing. Adjusting the setting to just download will give you an opportunity to de-select the service pack during the update process.
