ALERT - TRAVERSE 10.5 Out of Memory Error

A recent automatic update for Office 2003 from Microsoft can cause problems printing forms, such as Invoices and Purchase Orders, for any build of TRAVERSE v10.5. Until a resolution can be found, we recommend that you do NOT install the update titled "Security Update for Access Snapshot Viewer 2003 (KB955439)."

The problem will manifest itself as an "Out of memory" error on the PrintEngine.Dll included with TRAVERSE v10.5.

If you have already installed the update, you can temporarily resolve the problem by copying the file called Snapview.OCX from a computer that has not been updated to any machines that have the update. The file is usually found in the "C: Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft sharedSnapshot Viewer" folder.
